Welcome To
Pinestream Homeowners Association

Pinestream Development began in 1996, and has consistently expanded through 7 planned construction phases.  Control of the Pinestream HOA was transferred from the Developer to become a stand alone HOA in December 2008, and is managed by a Board of Directors, whose Board Members are elected annually by the members of the HOA.

Pinestream is located in the City of North Royalton, Ohio in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of State and Edgerton Roads.  The Board establishes an annual budget for the following calendar year, which is funded by dues paid annually by all HOA members.

Mission Statement
To ensure the interests of all property owners in Pinestream, collectively and individually, and maintain the aesthetics of the development, and all properties within it, including both common areas and individually owned lots, and provide an environment which perpetuates the appreciation of land values, and promotes pride of ownership by all residents.

Duties of the Board
The members of the board are responsible for administering and enforcing the covenants and deed restrictions which affect all lots / home owners in the development, and which benefit all of its members. The Association is responsible for maintaining the entrance ways, common areas, storm water basins, and related easements within the development.  The board meets periodically to set priorities and manage its responsibilities, as established by the governing documents.
