Welcome to the Pinestream Homeowners Association The Pinestream HOA was successfully transferred to the Board Members who were elected by the lot owners present at the 1st Annual Homeowners Association Meeting which commenced on Sunday, January 25th, 2009. The Board Members would like to thank those who were able to attend the meeting and also look forward to meeting each of you at subsequent future meetings. Mission Statement: To collectively and in the best interest of all property owners in Pinestream, enforce and maintain a mutually desirable appearance of all properties, both common and individually owned, and provide an environment which perpetuates appreciation of land values and pride in ownership from all residents. Duties of the Board: The members of the board are responsible for administering and enforcing the covenants and deed restrictions which affect and are for the benefit of every property owner/member in the Subdivision. The Association is responsible for maintaining the entrance ways, common areas, storm water basin and related easements. |
